Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Giulietta World pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must still have its original tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, contact us at giuliettaworld@giuliettaworld.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your package.

Items That Can't Be Returned

• Items returned without tags attached
• Items showing signs of wear, wash, damage, or alteration
• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at time of purchase)
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at giuliettaworld@giuliettaworld.com with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
